We are looking for an ambitious, target-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our sales team in Gulberg III. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective international clients to pitch digital marketing services.
- Identify client needs, overcome objections, and present customized agency solutions.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales leadership to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (agency experience is a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Mindset: Target-driven, resilient, and highly motivated to hit monthly KPIs.
- Availability: Comfortable working the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift on-site in Gulberg III.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
What We Offer
- Competitive Package: PKR 50,000 – PKR 70,000 (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission & Performance Incentives).
